Job Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and its key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and maximizing satisfaction. Your ultimate goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
Responsibilities
– Clients management: being responsible for the assigned clients daily operational tasks. Meet with the assigned clients and addressing issues and complaints. Escalate clients issues when needed. Analyze clients’ data to provide customer relationship management. Meet all clients’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams, using the main communications channels suck as Slack, Teams, Signal.
– Reports: reporting to the SR Key Account Manager and Operations Manager how clients are doing and making sure they are performing and respecting the budget. Assist with the Monthly Performance Review and the Executive summary and coordinate with the Sr. Key Account Manager to present to Execs. Sending daily report to the Sr. KAM regarding daily Campaign Review, KPIs for the assigned clients.
– Leadership and mentoring: lead a team of Account Support and work closely with them, to make sure clients’ operational needs are met. Coach and instruct the Account Support team to create new journeys and campaigns according to clients suggestions and goals.
– Campaigns: coordinate with Account Support team to make sure clients requirements are satisfied (i.e campaigns updated, new feature added to the system accordingly, etc). Review and suggest improvements to campaigns by checking the Monthly Performances Review.
– Assets: coordinate with Account Support team to create and maintain assets for new and running campaign, test journeys, and make sure they meet the client requirements. Supporting the Sr. Key Account Manager and Operations Manager in the launching and planning new campaigns. Analyse campaigns/ journeys for the month vs previous months and being responsible for reporting.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in SaaS Marketing industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation
1500 € – 1700€ gross per month (depending on the experience) + bonuses
