Reports To: Operations Manager
Position Overview:
As a New Client Onboarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of new clients into our organization. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that new clients receive exceptional service from the moment they sign on, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting them up for long-term success. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through effective project management and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
– Internal team coordination: coordinate with internal teams (primarily Sr. KAMs and Sr. Call Center Mangers, HR), to ensure that all onboarding tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards. Bridge between the Sales team and Operations and make sure the client is supported from the beginning to the end.
– Client onboarding: move onboarding process forward, assigning deadlines, setting priorities, and keeping all the teams appraised regarding major updates and changes. Participate in clients’ meetings if required, collect requirements, assist with setting deadlines and priorities.
– Project management: proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, working to find solutions that meet both client and company objectives. Assist the team, prepare presentations, graphics to help everyone to scan the project’s timeline.
– Planning: develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for new clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
– Documentation and reporting: update documentation, prepare reports and update Asana ensuring a smooth onboarding for both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
– PRINCE 2 certification
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role within the technology, SaaS, or professional services industry.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving positive outcomes.
– Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Jira, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Compensation
2000€ – 2500€ gross per month (depending on the experience) + bonuses
